The 78th Independence Day of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka was commemorated in Seychelles with a special celebration organized by the Sri Lankan Seychelles Friendship Association.
The event witnessed the participation of a large number of Sri Lankans residing in Seychelles, reflecting the strong sense of unity and patriotism within the community.
The occasion was graced by the Chief Guest, Ms. Evelin Rose, Hon. Minister for Local Government and Inner Islands of the Republic of Seychelles. Her presence added great significance to the celebration.
